To help us achieve this mission we are looking for a Helpdesk Operator, who is super accurate and has strong experience in technical support.
In this role you will be part of CM.com’s PayPlaza team, located in Amsterdam. The purpose of your job is to help / support our customers with their (technical) issues.
What you’ll do
As a Helpdesk Operator, you are responsible for technical and administrative processing orders, technical monitoring, management and partial maintenance of payment systems and payment terminals, for both external and internal customers.
The support is mainly on 1st and 2nd line level.
Together with your colleagues from the Helpdesk team, you’ll offer all different kinds of support to our customers and partners, by phone or by email.
There are a variety of tasks, from troubleshooting problems with our customers to connecting payment terminals in our payment platform.
You’ll never get bored!
What you offer
A minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience in (technical) customer support, preferably in a software / SaaS / IT market;
Strong affinity with technique;
Customer minded and service oriented;
Excellent communication skills, native in Dutch and professional English;
Accurate, structured, excellent time management and organizational skills;
Affinity with payments is preferable.
