Job description

Within the Paris office, the sales assistant is in charge of actively participating in the company's

sales development strategy.

The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in order to propose new ideas for investment projects eligible for the CEE scheme, new business development leads.

The person in charge of this mission is expected to be a driving force behind proposals and to be creative.The tasks will be both multiple and evolving, and the advantages linked to the position are numerous missions with responsibility, involvement in ACT France's strategy, business trips with sales staff, travel abroad, company seminar, event within the ACT group, results-based objectives with rewards and much more!

More than a trainee, we are looking for our future colleague with a view to an extension

The trainee will be responsible for the following tasks, among others :

  • Help with prospecting
  • Responding to calls for tender
  • Establishment of the commercial offer
  • Regulatory monitoring; contractual follow-up
  • Entering and monitoring files on the CRM
  • Targeting of potential prospects
  • Competitive intelligence
  • Preparation of sales materials
  • Profile

  • Student in 5th year of business school or equivalent
  • A first experience in the Energy Savings Certificates scheme or knowledge of the energy market is a plus
  • knowledge of the energy market is a plus;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesise information, particularly for complex projects;
  • Ability to work in a team and to make proposals
  • Good command of English;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, you are proactive and want your work to have a direct impact.
  • Type of contract : internship; in the long term, a permanent contract will be offered to you if you have demonstrated efficiency and perseverance.

    Position based in Paris (France).
