About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Senior IT Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Group Lead IT Logistics International lies within the International Headquarters and is location in our Amsterdam office.

As a valued member of the IT team you will be responsible for managing the entire support process and applications for Logistics across the company’s International Zone (Europe, Latin America, Asia and Oceania) and will report to the Director IT Supply Chain International.

Key responsibilities :

  • Defining and leading the mid and long-term IT Digital Transformation within scope of responsibility and driving alignment with both the Business strategy and related functional IT organizations.
  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of Logistics Digital Transformation IT programs and projects across the KHC International Zone.
  • Acting as the point of contact for all related activities.

  • Partnering with IT Operations organization on projects impacting the logistics locations, to assure they are implemented with excellence.
  • Owning the relationship with third party providers in the digital Logistics space (including, not limited to IBM, Infosys, EY) for day-to-day project escalation and future strategic relationships as well as the digital supply chain IT project budgets and decisions including resourcing and investments, including establishing AOP budgets.
  • Driving delivery performance management; reviewing metrics and manage performance against agreed targets while fostering a culture of operational excellence and innovation every day.

  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Professional industry experience ie. Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), large construction, advanced electronics, automotive.
  • 10+ years of general management and program / service delivery experience in IT (multifunctional preferable)
  • Extensive experience in supply chain functional areas
  • Experience in people management and development
  • Strong critical thinking and decision making
  • Experience leading large, complex projects across multiple geographies
  • Education Business (or related) Degree, preferably in one of the key operations areas, such as Logistics, supply chain management or product development.
  • Knowledge The applicant needs to be highly capable in all domains of Logistics : Inventory Management, Transportation Management, Demand Planning, Warehouse Management, Plan Production, Finite Scheduling, Release Process Order Release Management, Production and Planning Master Data Management, Materials Requirement Planning
  • Exports : Affiliate / Distributor Management, Monitor Diversion, Order Taking & Processing, Product / Spec Regulatory Review
  • Passion Food, Digital Supply Chain, Digital revolution
  • Language Knowledge English, fluent

    Analytical skill : Deductive reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Curious to understand the end-to-end process and Logical, analytical, and pragmatic (with the ability to decide on the optimal process design ensuring it is fit for purpose)
