As Etail Development Director, you are responsible for growing our business by identifying, launching, and growing marketplaces, online pure players and selected retail web shops at a global level.
You will work with leaders in Marketing, Retail and Digital on global and local level as well as your own team to achieve these goals.
your challenge :
Define our overall strategy and approach to working with marketplaces and etailers including negotiating agreements, setting budgets, defining key processes & requirements, and setting product strategy
Proactively engage with Global and Regional Sales to identify key potential etail partners (marketplaces, online pure players and selected retail web shops) to launch, develop and grow
Work with the E-commerce and Integrations team to ensure integrations are successfully planned and launched for selected etail partners, as well as other key functions including Operations, Sales and Legal
Develop product, sales and marketing strategies for etail partners
Grow Bugaboo’s brand presence and drive profitable sales growth though optimized product information and content, digital marketing activities and merchandising optimization.
Support Clicks & Mortar retailers with their digital product information and content optimization, as well as digital marketing and sharing best practice
Ensure that Etail & Marketplace ecosystem is understood to be a core part of our Sales strategy to the broader Bugaboo organization.
Drive elevation of digital and etail knowledge across the Bugaboo regional and HQ organization
Share best practices, insights, and KPIs with key cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders, as well as Retail & Etail Customers
Stay ahead of upcoming digital commerce opportunities, competitor activities in the digital space and future digital business models to identify future sources of growth
Provide direction, manage, motivate and coach your team.
about you :
You have at least a Bachelor degree
5+ years relevant working experience in a similar position and working environment
You have experience in leading a team and setting the strategy
Ability to drive online sales of retailers, or marketplace and pure players sales
Strong background in e-channel strategy and channel development at a global level
Ability to lead and influence teams without having direct managerial responsibility
Experience growing brand sales on Amazon and other marketplaces
