Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

be responsible for driving our organic traffic growth initiatives through leading our Search Engine Optimization marketing channel.

You will nurture a test and learn culture to implement best in class SEO practices while collaborating with various stakeholders across our organization including, business groups, markets, the creative and development teams to drive impactful results and make SEO our main traffic acquisition channel.

You are responsible for

  • Creating a robust and holistic global search engine optimization strategy, including a roadmap of initiatives, best practice guidelines and reporting framework to drive testing and growth and identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Work closely with PH and / or dev teams to make sure the site infrastructure, architecture, and site features support and enhance the effectiveness of our SEO.
  • Audit and analyze SEO performance, identifying issues, root-causes, and experiment with solutions to improve performance at scale.
  • Communicate SEO performance and initiative status to stakeholders in fixed QBRs

  • Dive into issues and incidents as they occur, perform ad hoc analyses, and domain audits as needed, and partner with markets and agencies to drive to resolution.
  • Create and drive strategies for all other search engines and search technologies, i.e. ASO, Youtube, Voice, Image Search, etc.
  • Be the expert for all SEO tooling, including search console, conductor (+similar tools), GA, App Annie, etc.
  • Develop an SEO friendly outreach strategy by partnering with PR and agencies to optimize our digital footprint online and on social platforms
  • Stay on top of key trends and best practices in search engine algorithms, competitive landscape, and the industry

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Inspirational, empowering, and inclusive leadership qualities with strong cultural awareness and attitude of agility
  • BSc / MSc degree in business administration or marketing
  • 5+ years of SEO experience with a proven track record of driving continuous organic growth
  • A deep understanding of both the content strategy side of organic search and the technical optimization side, being well-versed in scaling and setting up both for growth
  • Experience with standard SEO toolset including, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Conductor or similar tool
  • Working experience in consumer focused, complex, matrixed, multinational environment. Preferably with experience in consumer goods, online services, e-commerce, or mobile applications
  • Team player with the ability to work and initiate independently
