About the Role :

Reporting to the General Manager, the Custom Install Account Manager will lead the charge in building strategy and programs to achieve Custom install sales and gross margin targets.

Your role will encompass understanding the market segment, defining goals and KPIs and working with the custom install dealers, operations, marketing, market data, product portfolio and customer success to execute the end-to-end GTM strategy for this segment.

Building on growth and sustainability, broadening the distribution in the residential and commercial B2B segments is key.

The successful candidate will be a industry professional who is collaborative, has good technical knowledge who has the skills to influence and motivate others to adopt and support the company's mission.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Grow the Custom Install segment against budgeted margin and revenue targets.
  • Open new distribution in the CI specialist and also in commercial B2B segment .
  • Be responsible for translating the European brand strategy, product roadmap, brand marketing strategies and campaign for this category into launch documents for Germany, including all Product Information Documents (PIDs).
  • Work directly on the GTM package hand-off with the Regional Brand Activation Manager, who will be responsible for translating the European GTM plans into local GTM execution plans.
  • Work with the local Brand Activation Manager on business and activity tracking, together they will build corrective actions when needed and identify (stretch) opportunities in the market.
  • Coordinates the input for the reporting format to review the Category performance on a monthly basis. With local input, the Custom Install Category Manager identifies risks and opportunities to optimize brand performance short and long term.
  • Evaluate projects and define multi-channel growth strategies and KPIs based on product needs, and drawing from deep customer insights, data, and research.
  • Collaborate with various teams (management, Marketing & Sales, Brand Activation, Operations & Finance) to establish and coordinate growth strategies.
  • Provide product development feed-back to the Product Development Team about products / solutions, including business cases with targeted ROI.
  • Implements and monitors local content and assets delivery for each Brand in close partnership with Brand Marketing & Creative Services including all POS / merchandising solutions.
  • Delivers Key Account planning and forecasts.
  • Present each launch plans to custom install dealerships and works together to successfully execute.
  • Supports Brand Activation Manager to deliver timely Marketing / brand campaign content to market.
  • Tracks overall brand business KPIs : Market share Sales GM.
  • Required Experience :

  • Experience with business development and execution Go-to-Market strategies for B2C and B2B products.
  • Experience in building long term account management strategies and sustainable growth teams.
  • Technical / IT background and ability / affinity to program Automation systems a pre.
  • Experienced working on building new distribution initiatives from scanning the market, conducting research / analysis, building business and operational plans around the opportunities and driving execution through to success; ability to multitask.
  • Excellent analytical skills; ability to capture, analyze, and report on operating metrics.
  • Entrepreneurial, motivational spirit and ability to adapt to changing priorities in fast paced environment.
  • Self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments.
