This will require additional resources committed to the Team across all streams.Successful candidates should display our key competencies, be able to work in a collaborative environment, have strong communication skills to coach and train others, be willing to travel extensively globally, trouble shoot, analyze root causes, have the ability to champion new ways of doing things.
They will report to the Project Stream Lead and will have several peers in similar roles and candidates could be selected from any region.

This role will work closely with the SAP implementation Training Manager to ensure consistency of training and assessment and delivery.
This role will report to and partner with the Project Stream Leads and deployment site personnel to ensure end users and superusers are trained and ready to assume full responsibility for SAP within their functional area.
The position will set up processes and protocols for capturing, storing and sharing knowledge and will team with the Training Manager to ensure previously trained super users are provided refresher training and tools.
Project work .safety stock, inventory plans for go-live, warehouse strategy, etc.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS5 years of Supply Chain Planning experience and knowledge within a manufacturing environmentDemand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, MRP understanding, Scheduling, MRP PlanningAPICS certification a plusSAP Expertise (minimum of at least 1 year experience using SAP)Working knowledge and understanding of HBF Business, technologies, and processes (preferred)Strong Training and Documentation skillsGood interpersonal skillsEffective interacting at various levels and with people from varying regions and culturesFluent in EnglishPHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT50+% travel required to include internationalComfortable in a manufacturing plant or lab environmentTo all recruitment agencies : H.
