In this role, you have the opportunity to
Execute and lead projects on HR related topics applying professional principles,
practices, and techniques to lead project teams and control project schedule, cost and performance risks. Working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders, the Senior HR Project Manager defines the project scope, deliverables and plan,
whilst delivering transparency through reporting and communication, and overseeing quality control throughout the project life cycle.
The variety of topics is covering a broad portfolio (from policy to system, to process, to people).
The Senior HR Project Manager prepares, implements and leads medium to large size projects, in multi-discipline areas, with an international aspect, in accordance with agreed conditions on specification, time, cost and staffing.
You are responsible for
Formulating the project / program plan, in consultation with management and other parties.
Organizing the resources to be used (quality, time, budget and information) and specifying the quality standard in the processes.
Defining the risks of the project / program and developing scenarios to overcome these risks.
Implementation and realization according to the project / program plan (specification, quality, time, money, information) and organization.
Reporting on the progress of the project / program with an agreed frequency on quality, status, time, and money to senior management and to the project / program members.
Coordinating the development and execution of a project communication strategy.
Ensuring that there is an effective transfer and archiving of the project / program results and the associated knowledge.
In the context of the disentanglement, projects on Organization design, Integration of policies, processes and systems are to be expected.
You are a part of
Domestic Appliance's HR Team. Your main stakeholders are the Integrated HR organization (Regional HR Director), HRIS Leader, CoE and HRBP.
You report to the Integrated HR Leader.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
A master’s degree with over 8 years of professional experience.
Experience with project management of a payroll or learning management system transition preferable.
Proven track record of planning, leading and tracking large-scale HR-focused projects.
Transformational Leader gravitas and know-how.
Thorough understanding of theoretical and practical aspects of the Human Resources discipline.
Strong influencing & relationship building skills paired up with the political sensitivity to bring projects to successful completion.
Being able to communicate concisely to stakeholders at an operational and tactical level.
Ability to manage time / delivery across multiple projects, competing priorities and demands.
Negotiating authority to move the project forward.
Knowledge of organization technology and tools.
