Description and Requirements
We are looking for a highly dynamic individual with strong relationship and communication skills along with executive level business acumen and channel experience.
As our EMEA Smart Collaboration Channel Lead you will be responsible for the EMEA Channel Strategy, building out and managing a team, driving revenue, profit, executive channel partner relationships and customer satisfaction. Furthermore :
You will be managing and maintaining channel account relationships through executive level engagements
You will be developing strategies for enhancing channel sales, as well as understanding and communicating industry trends.
You will also be engaged with extended Lenovo teams and working with the Lenovo sales and channel organization.
You position Lenovo's product and channel value proposition, by producing accurate account plans, sales forecasts and ensure sales activity is tracked using the required reporting tools
You operate in a dynamic way and provide creative solutions to drive key Lenovo Smart Collaboration solutions.
You will report to the Head of EMEA Smart Collaboration based in Italy.
Position Requirements :
Minimum 10 years of proven track record of channel management in the IT industry (software and hardware) or AV industry
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
Have entrepreneurial attitude that is imaginative, passionate and approachable
Ability to manage a remote team
Build & execute operational plans for Workplace Transformation products and options
Proficient in being able to sell the value of Workplace Transformation & associated solutions
Experience in working with channel partners
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Knowledge at EMEA level of the AV Resellers, Distribution, UC technologies is preferred
