Je komt te werken in het Maintenance team van Teva Haarlem waar je samen met 20 collega’s verantwoordelijk bent voor de technische performance van de fabriek.

Omdat Teva Haarlem flink aan het groeien is zijn er het afgelopen jaar veel nieuwe techneuten bijgekomen, waardoor er een goede mix is ontstaan van ervaren krachten en jonge talenten.

Je komt te werken in de ploegendienst. Samen met jouw partner op de ploeg ben jij de eerste die gebeld wordt bij een productiestoring.

Je maakt de analyse van waarom iets in storing staat, draag oplossingen aan en stemt deze af met de productie collega, en gaat aan de slag om de storing te verhelpen.

Afhankelijk van de complexiteit van de storing doe je dit samen met je partner of alleen.
