A Senior Strategist at Synthesis is a highly culturally attuned professional, who is comfortable working with data and stepping back to interpret the consumer context, intent and behaviour that has shaped it.
He or she understands partner businesses well, the decisions that need to be made, whilst producing analysis rooted in culture and an understanding of human behaviour.
Life as a Strategist means having one foot in data - understanding how data was collected, cleaning it, identifying biases and analyzing it - and the other in strategic thinking - focus, rigor, comfort with ambiguity and seeing what’s not obvious.

You are comfortable with both quantitative data and tools such as spreadsheets, SQL, Tableau as well as human psychology and qualitative approaches.

Experience with gaming, music, entertainment, wellness and fitness brands are ideal but not required.
You are comfortable with having a clear plan, over-communicating and getting things done.
