You will be responsible for the design, ease of operation and maintenance of the OT systems and instruments in the manufacturing plant.
You will develop and implement maintenance strategies for OT equipment and instruments based on required performance criteria, including preventive maintenance plans and operational & maintenance procedures according to the company standards (ITIL).
You will perform functional analysis and cost driver investigation.
You will have to identify, initiate and implement reliability improvements and provide technical support to Operations and local maintenance organization.
Where required, you will be involved in modification and expansion projects, especially to ensure that project results land in the OT maintenance organization after handing over.
At BASE level : Cyber security and business continuity
BASE level OT maintenance implementation : ensuring that base level OT maintenance tasks are implemented and monitored within the OT maintenance department (i.
e. Service asset and configuration management, change management (impact on CMDB), Release and deployment management (impact on CMDB), Event management, Access management, Continuity management, IT security).
Implement metrics : implement OT metrics for base level and start monitoring and reporting on metric performance.
Build organization : ensure that OT roles in the organization are filled with capable people. Arrange training and development for staff.
Ensure that OT engineers will work according to base level OT procedures.
OT spare parts : ensure availability of OT spare parts and OT support procedures
OT People Management : ensure sufficient availability of capable OT engineers and technicians.
At PERFORM level : Performance driven OT maintenance
OT Change Management : ensure that all changes to the OT landscape are managed according to agreed procedures (change board, change planning, etc.).
OT Release & Deployment Management : ensure that OT projects on location deliver end results according to local and global standards and are properly integrated in to the maintenance procedures at project hand-over .
OT Service Continuity : ensure that OT systems are designed for Business Continuity, ensure that Business Continuity is Tested regularly and review outcome.
OT Availability Management : Design OT Systems for Availability, ensure Availability Testing and Availability Monitoring and Reporting.
OT Capacity Management : Business Capacity Management based on input from Site Leadership Team and site CAPEX plans, Manage OT System Capacity, create and maintain site OT Masterplan.
OT Supplier Management : Providing the OT Supplier Management Framework. Evaluation & Establishment of new Suppliers and Contracts.
Process Standard Supplier Orders. Execute Supplier and Contract Review. Execute Contract Renewal & Termination.
OT Service Level Management : Define and Maintain the Service Level Framework. Identify of OT System Service Requirements.
Arrange agreements sign-off and OT System Service Activation (Contracts). Implement and execute Service Level Monitoring and Reporting.
OT Financial Management : Deliver Financial Management Support (to control). Responsible for Financial Planning (OT budget).
Responsible for Financial Analysis and Reporting.
