What will you do as Recruiter
As Recruiter, you help enable our growth ambitions by triggering and committing the right talent. This is challenging, with a diverse talent acquisition need and we’re not telling you anything new a whimsical labor market.
You are in charge of our recruitment and utilize all available channels. Such as our own career site, job boards, LinkedIn, other social media, university relations etc.
We are open to your suggestions (of course).
As this is a true recruitment position, we do expect you to partner intensely with the business. What makes them tick and how can recruitment support that?
A simple’ conversation may be all it takes. At a different occasion a training may be the way to go. Key note : our ATS is up for replacement as to optimally support our recruitment goals.
You’ll be driving the ATS selection and implementation process how’s that for a great opportunity?! At some point you’ll have to push hard and take a sprint.
You’ll have to be willing and able to do that!
