The RoleThe role of the Outbound Inside Sales Advisor is to educate, inspire and skillfully guide Tesla’s (potential)customers through the Sales and configuration process.

Responsibilities? Client Interaction : Engage with our current and prospective customers on the phone, email,SMS and other communication channels to nurture and prepare them for a vehicle purchase?
Follow-up : Identifying qualitative leads. The purpose is to assess the prospect's needs, qualifythe opportunity, and schedule the test drive experience?
Development and maintenance of a sales pipeline. Achieve both personal and group monthlymetric targets in conjunction with the field Sales teams.
Participate in company meetings and customer events? Master industry trends and best practices, including utilization of new technology and webresourcesRequirements?
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required? Strong relationship management skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts?
Proven track record to meet or exceed targets and goals? Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills?
Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office, internetnavigation, CRM applications-
preferably Salesforce.com)? Requirement to follow Tesla’s information security policy
