    NXP Global Sales is the organization responsible for driving the revenue growth of the company in the short and mid-term, 9.

    41B$ in 2018. The organization forms the primary interface to the customer and represents all the BU’s products and technologies at over 25.

    000 customers. The Program management and Strategy team reporting directly into the Global head of Sales, is a small team that supports the Global head of Sales and his Management team.

    The team has a key role in developing and deploying the global Sales strategy and develop, align and deploy cross-functional programs.

    Moreover, it has specific responsibility in managing Strategic Planning processes & activities.

    To further strengthen our team, we have a vacancy for Sales Organization Program & Strategy Manager In this function you will report directly to the Chief of Staff of the Global Sales Management team.

    The preferred location for this job opening is Eindhoven, the Netherlands, but our offices in Germany or Austria are options too.

    As Strategy Manager for the global Sales Organization you will be responsible for :

    Understanding and keeping up to date with global electronics / semiconductor markets, trends, and competitor analysisDriving own modules of business analysis to support fact-

    based decision making for the Executive Officer for Global Sales & MarketingReviewing and aligning Business Unit strategies and deployment of go to market strategies, focus and resulting organizational setupAchieving operational objectives by contributing insights and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews

    Your Responsibilities as Program Manager :

    Supporting specific Focus Topics that are owned at Sales Management Team level (e.g. Global Sales 2019 initiatives like, IoT Security, )Working as a consultant to the Global Sales and Business Unit Management Team members to explore implementations of improved focus and way of workingDriving action plans, resolving roadblocks, and implementing changeSupporting the Chief of Staff of the Sales Management Team with various activities (preparing board meeting presentations, preparing deep dives, )Steering Sales & Sales Operation related sub-

    tracks to plan, design and deploy recommended ways of working and organizational design in Sales

    Your Profile :

    University Master’s degree, preferably an MBA combined with a technological degreeMax 1-2 years of experience in consulting or project management, and a preference to have gained experience in the Semiconductor (or similarly fast paced technology) industryAmbitious talent with high potential and strong verbal and written communication skills that enjoys working in a fast-

    paced technology environment.Outstanding collaboration skills within project teams and across a dynamic, unbureaucratic organization.

    Solution-orientation by identifying ways to remove roadblocks pragmatically in very complex situations. Political sensitivity.

    Ability to work independently in the dynamic Global Sales environment. A very good business sense is key.Strong analytical skills to distill insights from qualitative and quantitative data to build recommendations to business or organizational challengesDifferentiated skills in Planning, Promoting Process Improvement, Strategic Planning, Dealing with Complexity, Business Judgement & Vision
