In this role, you have the opportunity to
develop and grow new business models and commercial innovations for Philips Mother and Childcare Business. The Mother & Child Care is a domain is one which is rapidly changing with the Millennial and Generation Z consumers who are looking for new ways in which they engage with brands, experience products and gain professional support.
The business is the process of bringing new solutions and services to the market and seeking a Senior Commercial Product Manager to define and execute commercial innovation on a global basis.
Thinking beyond the product and ensuring that we bring solutions and services that meet the needs of our consumers. You will not only get the opportunity to shape the digital transformation agenda, but the ability to see your impact in the market by executing commercial innovation in both traditional and new channels for the business.
You will work with both internal and external partners to execute the vision and be at the forefront on the business strategy.
You are responsible for the following :
The creating and execution of global go-to-market strategies for solutions that bridge products, services and data
Driving excitement in the market with consumers and customers on our new innovations
Defining the commercial strategy incl. business model, pricing and channel strategies
Working closely with our central marketing team to define and execute winning marketing campaigns
Execute new commercial models (D2C, Subscription, Lease, Freemium, try before you buy)
Drive our entry into new channels including insurance
A / B test new commercial models and scale winning formulas
Define commercial product requirements for new innovations
Identify and implements external partnerships to bring new service based propositions to the market
Driving (Pre-Seed / Seed) exploration and execution of new Solution projects and / or new business model opportunities.
Collaboration with I&D, Design, Market Intelligence, Markets.
Work closely with the world’s leading pregnancy app (Pregnancy+) to unlock the audience towards our innovations
Drive an entrepreneurial mindset across the organization to drive excellence in execution
Support and drive the digital transformation agenda and champion across the organization
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Have experience beyond the product, think in solutions that bridge products, services and data that meet consumer needs
You excel bringing new innovations to the market, building consumer and customer excitement.
Define new digital commercial models (D2C, Subscription, Lease, Freemium) and have a hands on attitude to underpin and scale
Have the ability to define and implement winning GTM strategies, bridging channels, markets and segments
Be obsessed by data, continuously reviewing and working to improve performance metrics
Ability to drive dependences across the organization to game change our commercial models
Have strong business acumen including revenue & margin management
Bringing people together and aligning them around common goals; leverages the power of Philips independent from organizational structures and reports
