Metrology software orchestrates the behavior of powerfulmechatronic modules, so that together they achieve an extraordinary combinationof speed and accuracy.

It is the brain of ASML lithography systems. To ensureever shrinking of the integrated circuits printed by ASML machines, we need peoplewho can help us build next-generation metrology products.

Role and responsibilities

Asscrum master of metrology, you have opportunity to :

Inspire a team of software engineers and physicists with your creativity, leadership and focus on building the generation of metrology product.

Master the execution of the product strategy in close collaboration with our Project Lead.

Driving the product development process by working closely with architects and engineers. You ensure product enhancements

and new features are delivered on time and as specified.

Work with stakeholders from different disciplines (mechanical engineers, equipment engineers etc.) to drive software releases to completion.

Education and experience

MSc, PDEng or PhD in computer science, software engineering, system engineering, or equivalent

To thrive in this job, you’ll need the following skills :

At least five years of software development experience in a multidisciplinary environment

3 years of technical team leader experience in a team of 10 to 15 people

Project management approaches, techniques and tools ( Agile, MS Project) with the ability to work with program tracking tools.

Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
