Currently we are looking for a Retail Data & Analytics Manager.
Role and Responsibilities
Manage and store specific account data, visualize the right data in dashboards and excel files and sent out on a weekly basis to the right stakeholders.
Interpret the data and find ways to visualize the weekly performance and generate insights from the data.
Setting up recurring weekly account meetings with the sales teams, reviewing the account- and store performance regarding sell-out, (aging) stock, in-house-share and promoter effectiveness, determine actions and guarding follow-up.
Setting up the right incentives for promoters based on product margins and strategical pillars. Forecast the amount that it will cost and visualize the weekly bonus of the promoters.
Set up challenges between the stores and share the weekly earned bonus with the stakeholders.
Determining the placement of store promoters based on ROI and regional- and store requirements.
Setting up recurring meeting with the field teams, reviewing performance and select the focus stores that need an uplift in in-house-share for the a certain period.
Guide them in their visits, together with the responsible account manager, and give them the right information to increase the store’s performance.
Set quarterly store grades based on store performance, size and feedback from the field- and sales teams in order to set retail investments in an effective way.
Support the sales- and product marketing teams in selecting the right SKU’s per retailer based on a set of different performance and retail KPI’s.
Setting the guide for the yearly flooring plan per country based on internal sales plans and expected run rates per product group and monitor the roll-out and sales of the products versus the targets.
Setting up processes to manage and optimize our internal retail KPI’s (e.g., aging stock, lost sales, share-of-shelf, flooring).
Utilizing customer data to generate sales, find blind spots in the line-up and optimize the customer performance.
Managing projects for collecting information from the Samsung employees in the field and visualizing and standardizing dashboards for the field-force and sales teams in data visualization tools.
Manage and collect all the store information in a central place regarding address, merchandising, flooring and training- and store visiting frequency.
Inform stakeholders at the global office regarding retail KPI’s and flooring plans.
Prepare adhoc analysis and PowerPoint slides and be an all-round sparring partner for anything data related.
