The Position : QA Test Automation engineer with test management experience
The banking environment is constantly changing : digitization, new business models, open banking, innovative channels, changes in legislation and regulations and changing customer behaviour.
These changes are driven by IT solutions.
As a test automation engineer you want to make an impact together with your team. You are jointly responsible for achieving the IT and business objectives.
It is your role, together with the team, to translate the test vision into automated solutions. In contacts with the business, it is important that you inquire about the underlying goals.
This requires focus and skills to find out the question behind the question. You proactively think along with the team to be more effective by automating things and you test ideas for impact and feasibility.
Where necessary, you seek confrontation.
In this role we are specifically looking for someone who is able to build in a complex environment. This involves setting up a lab environment that makes use of existing and new architecture, stubs, (anonymized) data and test automation.
All this in an environment with a large stakeholder field and (sometimes) tight deadlines. More specifically, we ask that you are able to collect the right requirements as well as to technically set up the lab environment, together with your team.
The Team : KYC Tech Risk Detection
It concerns a new team to be formed as part of the Know your customer tribe. The teams are responsible for the implementation of our risk detection model and the follow-up research based on a comprehensive customer view.
We do this with technologies such as Pega, Siebel and Oracle. An important part is checking whether a customer complies with the law and regulations (KYC, CDD).
Of course we work Agile and are continuously working on making steps towards maximally independent teams by means of DevOps and a working method in which the customer journey is central.
This means that your direct colleagues are diverse; offshore and onshore, marketing and legal and everything in between.
