As international HR Business Partner, you act as central point of contact for HR and organizational topics of your division.
You inspire, challenge, coach and support. Your tasks include :
Guide our leaders in all HR processes (recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, development programs, workforce strategy etc.)
Challenge and make continuous organizational and productivity improvements happen
Provide guidance and input on strategy, structure, processes and team (development)
Participate in international projects
At least 3 years of experience in Consulting and / or a similar HR-position in an international environment
Ability to build effective relationships at all levels
Proactive, committed, team-oriented and attention to detail
Strategic thinker with hands-on approach
Ability to use discretion and empathy as well as to be highly assertive
Agile mindset and passion to drive change
Fluent in German and English, every other language is a plus
