The Service Planning Support Coordinator (SPSC) coordinates all service requests and manages routing / allocation of requests coming from different systems and sources like ServiceNow, our ECSC and the Customer portal.

The SPC & sees to it that all information is acquired and appropriate resources are allocated to execute the work within the SLA.

As an SPC & I, you are in a control tower position. Acting like the glue of the whole Operations department you keep an eye on the budgeting / forecast process and the operational / capital expenditures.

If help is needed you support the other (operational) teams, you are a true centipede for our organization.

Our Facilities Support team is crucial to the smooth running of our business. They collaborate with different teams to help organize schedules and support their colleagues with presentations, project prep-work and much more.

Key Role and Responsibilities

  • Prepare, organize and plan all Customer Service requests, tasks and activities in an effective manner.
  • Ensure appropriate resources within Site Operations are allocated to execute the work for CustomerService requests and Transition (implementation) projects
  • End to end ticket handling (open / close) within the agreed OLA’s and SLA’s, resolve resource allocation escalations and provide reporting
  • Active monitoring of all Customer Service requests.
  • Resolve escalations and provide reporting.
  • Responsible for maintaining all rosters and time accounting setup within Operations (e.g. call out campus shift, gatekeeper roles, etc).
  • The SPC supports the Service Planning Support Manager in maintaining the integral planning of al scheduled works on sites, as triggered by maintenance, projects, ICT, Transition, Training or other sources
  • The SPC provides time accounting guidelines to Service Operations and reviews compliance; especially for all customer related time accounting that informs billing of Customer Requests
  • The SPC provides instructions and training to staff on relevant planning and rostering task
  • Educated (HBO thinking style)
  • Experience as a technician in an (electrical or industrial) critical environment is desireable
  • Experience of project planning / scheduling / buget / finance and reporting.
  • Knowledge planning scheduling system would be advantageous
