The IT Regie Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the contracts in the IT field with partners, monitoring the agreements are fulfilled, performing audits and further improving the services and cooperation with the partners Aegon Levensverzekering NV, Aegon Schade, Aegon NL, TKP, Elipslife and Aegon Asset Management.
In addition, the job is responsible for meeting IT maturity and compliance according to the provided standards and instructions of Aegon NL.
This also includes the management and maintenance of the applications that Aegon Cappital uses and of which Aegon Cappital is (partly) the owner.
The mission of Aegon Cappital as subsidiary company of Aegon NL N.V. is to develop, manage and sell Defined Contribution (DC) pension propositions, by enabling customers in making conscious decisions for a healthy financial future.
The Board Office forms the link between Aegon Cappital's Management Board and Supervisory Board and the outsourcing parties.
The IT Regie Manager operates from the Board Office Aegon Cappital. The job works together with the manager and the colleagues being responsible for Board Support, Project Management, Process Management of Aegon Cappital, Product Development, Policy & Legal and Asset Management.
The IT Regie Manager participates if needed in the Board Office committees; Investment committee, Finance committee, Pension communication committee, Risk committee and Data Quality committee.
The IT Regie manager reports into the Manager of the Board Office.
As the IT Regiemanager you are flexible, you are customer focused and results oriented.
Bachelor’s / Master’s working and thinking level
4-6 years of business experience in the defined contribution market
Demonstrated success in independently setting up and fulfilling the position of IT Regie Manager in a comparable environment
Proven track record in managing contract and SLA’s and in maintenance and management of the application landscape
Basic ITIL knowledge
Excellent communications skills
