The work :
Researching and applying the principles of behavioural science and human-centered thinking to design new experiences or rethink existing ones.
Bringing ideas to the table and collaborating effectively to identify opportunities, develop concepts, and define success criteria.
Partnering with diverse teams across our Accenture ecosystem to co-create and implement new experience programs and experiments around the globe.
Designing ways to gather feedback and insights from users to measure recruiting experiences and the impact of new experience innovations and programs.
Being an experience advocate supporting our internal stakeholders in experience design and mindset.

Here's what you’ll need :
A track record of delivering transformational programs. Navigating complexity, working collaboratively across teams, functions, and preferably countries to drive results.
Experience of designing and delivering new experiences. This includes understanding user needs and gathering insights and data.
You’re able to distil data to formulate insights that drive experience decisions.
A flair for opportunity identification and creative ideation. You’re passionate about making a difference and innovate down to the details
A mindset to continually research, learn and test new innovations in recruitment and consumer experience.
