As a Senior Executive Sourcer you are an essential member of Booking.com’s Leadership Recruitment Team, combining research, assessment and relationship-building skills to deliver extraordinary service and value to our internal clients.
You will partner with Leadership Recruiters on complex executive search projects and focus on developing sector knowledge and candidate pipelines.
While your responsibilities may vary by assignment, core activities include assisting with search strategy, constructing target lists of companies, identifying and attracting prospects, writing position specifications, conducting candidate interviews, completing progress reports, and documenting candidate qualifications and references.
You will be a specialist in Sourcing, not solely relying on a single or go-to platform, but with an ability to think extremely creatively and influence at a senior level.
