As a Senior Executive Sourcer you are an essential member of’s Leadership Recruitment Team, combining research, assessment and relationship-building skills to deliver extraordinary service and value to our internal clients.

You will partner with Leadership Recruiters on complex executive search projects and focus on developing sector knowledge and candidate pipelines.

While your responsibilities may vary by assignment, core activities include assisting with search strategy, constructing target lists of companies, identifying and attracting prospects, writing position specifications, conducting candidate interviews, completing progress reports, and documenting candidate qualifications and references.

You will be a specialist in Sourcing, not solely relying on a single or go-to platform, but with an ability to think extremely creatively and influence at a senior level.

  • What you’ll be doing :

  • Acts as a Leadership Sourcing expert for multiple (functional) areas of the business and by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications, priorities, and needs of the department and business;
  • report on trends and propose solutions to identified issues

  • Act as a Talent Advisor by using talent and competitive intelligence and funnel metrics to inform your search strategies and build a trusting relationship with executive recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Prioritize building a diverse team at every step of the recruiting process, ensuring our top-of-funnel efforts and interviews provide candidates of all backgrounds with equal, unbiased consideration and opportunity.
  • Advocate for new tools, processes and initiatives which keep at the forefront of Sourcing innovation
  • What you need to do it :

  • 5+ years Strategic and highly-complex sourcing experience with in-house recruiting team, search firm, or (retained) agency
  • Experience market mapping and engaging senior-level candidates
  • Experience developing talent market insights and data to influence leadership and cross-functional team decisions
