As a Partner Success Consultant, you would be part of our client's central team, specializing in developing the success operations for the French market.
Within the department, they handle a wide variety of queries regarding Microsoft Licensing. You would also have a hand in developing the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement business line.
Some of your specific responsibilities would include :
Providing support to partners regarding Microsoft Dynamics support questions;
Assisting partners with ordering licenses and placing orders in the platform;
Managing your own support queue;
Escalating queries and assisting with these when needed;
Keeping your partners timely informed about progress of tickets;
Onboarding new French partners;
Managing content for the French market (translations, etc.);
