We are looking for an internationally oriented Business Development Manager who thrives in solution sales, to join our growing Industrial (IND) team.

The IND unit is responsible to expand the European business for multiple North American manufacturers and suppliers. Within international teams, the business development manager is responsible for the European growth strategy and execution of sales activities for our North American partners.

EuroDev houses 75 employees with 25+ nationalities in an open, fun and ambitious working environment. Our focus is international business, personal development, embracing diversity and growing together.

  • Create and execute European sales strategies
  • Acquire and develop new business relationships across Europe
  • Find new opportunities that fit with the value proposition of our North American partners
  • Travel to meet with existing and potential customers
  • Develop and demonstrate your sales skills, from lead generation and qualification to complex deal closing
  • Conduct market research across Europe for our partners
  • Support and coordinate within project and the team
  • Initiate marketing activities and attend events such as trade shows

  • WE ASK :

  • Able to think and operate on a Bachelor's level.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional sales and business development experience.
  • Natural interest in manufactured goods for the industry oriented to a wide range of verticals including Construction, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing.
  • Analytical skills with an innovative and creative approach to present solutions.
  • Action-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Another EU language will be a big plus, especially French
  • Ability to travel 25% of your time within Europe and occasionally to the U.S.
  • You are living or are willing to live within a radius of 45 minutes of Almelo.
