In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better

Lead an outcome creation (such as improvement change / business process reengineering / business transformation) through multiple and interrelated projects.

Manage complex Data, Insight & Analytics projects, being responsible to deliver on time, on budget, on scope and on quality.

Working closely together with Business stakeholders, Tribe leads, O2C Insights lead, Project managers and many other stakeholders.

Additionally, ensure Data standards are followed in full alignment with orchestration function of Information & data.

You are responsible for

Responsible for gaining agreements on and achieving project objectives, balancing schedule, cost, quality, and requirements,

Driving the O2C Data roadmap and executing Data related activities to support the O2C roadmap,

Ensuring data quality standards working closely with information & data orchestration layer,

Has responsibility and authority to contribute to the financial results for the business,

Managing the scope and requirements, and internal and external stakeholders,

Managing projects pipeline, estimating budgets and risks ensuring execution is in line with project guidelines and directives,

Defining the portfolio of programs,

Determining project risks, defining corrective action and driving the projects to closure. Determining, allocating, and directing all project resources in accordance with guidelines,

Deploying Process Improvement and Quality Assurance and makes the program organization efficient and transparent, in line with business and program processes,

Provides business management with regular program performance status, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions, reports on performance to the hierarchical superior of the project managers.

You are a part of

Philips IT Organization and are looking for an extraordinary candidate for this role. You will be part of the O2C Platforms Organization and you will contribute to the Philips IT ambition to lead Philips into the future.

Within the O2C (Order to Cash) Platform team you are working closely together with our Business stakeholders and relevant IT colleagues supporting the O2C domain.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Sciences or comparable discipline (MBA degree is a plus),

7+ years of related experience in managing medium and large scale Data Migration projects in SAP enviroment,

Certification in Lean, project management, team management is a plus,

Thorough understanding of Data / IT processes and project management knowledge in the SCM domain,

Fair understanding of digital supply chain processes and APQC framework,

Enable collaboration and knowledge sharing,

Minimum Philips Project Management certification Practitioner or Expert,

PMP certified or similar,

Fluent in English.
