The Mission & The Position

The Sales Operations Analyst I is a member of the Sales Service and Operations Center which is responsible for supporting Sales and Service Operation Processes in the Material and Structural Analysis Division.

The Sales Operations Analyst I is somebody who gets things done, is customer focused and can build and understand connections between Sales, Service and Operations.

In this role, the Sales Operations Analyst I will manage and coordinate orders independently by providing effective support to the Sales Teams, Service Teams, Business Partners and other stakeholders for the EMEA region.

This position has a strong focus on customer satisfaction, managing orders, coordinating deliveries, securing revenue and continuous optimization.

The ideal candidate will :

  • Drive the Quote to Cash workstream to ensure orders are booked, coordinated and executed to ensure Revenue recognition.
  • Work independently under stressful situations
  • Drive collaboration and work well in team environment
  • Work in a dynamic environment and on various orders at the same time
  • Specific deliverables associated with this opportunity include :

  • Have knowledge of Trade Compliance Regulations, Incoterms, Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit, Terms and Conditions.
  • Highlight opportunities and drive the improvement of customer and stakeholder satisfaction and process efficiencies.
  • Represent the team in Global improvement initiatives and drive improvements of processes (Support documentation and participate in PPI processes).
  • Own and Contribute to training of new employees with on the job training and organize refreshment training for existing employees within the area of SalesOPS.
  • Requirements & competencies

  • Requires a bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of experience and education) in a similar sales and service environment.
  • Solid experience in working with ERP & CRM applications
  • Fluent in English and preferably an additional language and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven success in managing orders, from customer order to delivery and invoicing
  • Master skills in generating customer satisfaction, both for internal as external customers and stakeholders
  • Critical soft skills include the ability to meet deadlines, the ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure, professionalism, problem solving, attention to detail.
