What You Will Be Doing
The Emobility solutions manager is responsible for developing solutions to fit the needs of large corporate customers including fleets, leasing companies and automakers across Europe.
From public charging enroute, to workplace charging, to home installation and charging management, you will shape every aspect of the EV driving and charging experience into a winning solution for drivers that is easily managed at scale by employers and fleet managers.
You will form key partnerships across the emobility ecosystem to enhance the overall solution, for example with fuel card providers or fleet management companies.
You will refine business models, pricing, packaging, product functionalities and go to market approach for the EU markets and work cross-functionally internally and externally to implement the solutions developed.
In that role, you will
Work closely with the sales team and customers to understand market needs and gather customer requirements
Prioritise requirements based on well-researched understanding of market needs and trends
Work with ChargePoint product managers to transform them into defined functionalities and get them implemented
Be responsible for the driver and corporate customer experience
Manage relationships with fuel cards providers and other ecosystem partners required to support the solution
Ensure that solutions are sustainable and supportable for ChargePoint’s business including finance, customer support, operations, legal, sales and engineering
Be the ChargePoint subject matter expert for the EU solutions developed internally and externally
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or similar
3-5 years’ experience in electric mobility, leasing company or at a fleet in a comparable role in EV- or similar type industry e.
g. telco -, internet -, financial - or mobility service sector
Direct experience in product management
A track record of success in successfully delivering complex projects in cross-functional environments
Demonstrated commercial acumen
Understanding and mapping requirements
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong negotiation skills
Language : English. German or French is a plus
