You will work with junior consultants on creating appropriate search strategies, and will maintain continuous qualitative oversight of the search process.
Crucial to your success will be excellent communication skills, ensuring that you maintain close contact with all relevant stakeholders.
Candidates should have worked in a B2B environment with a preference within the retained recruitment industry, delivering services to international clients.
Knowledge of any other European language in addition to English will be helpful.
