Director Sales and Marketing After Sales

Kverneland Group After Sales is the entity within Kverneland Group being responsible to coordinate all activities within the Spare Parts sales and supply, also including the Service Area.

Main activity is at the Central Distribution Centre in Metz, France and at the head-office in Norway. To strengthen our European team, we are looking to recruit a Sales and Marketing Director for our Aftersales business.

The Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for a team of Product and Sales Managers located at our production sites and in Norway.

In addition there is a Central Marketing Team in Norway and a Customer Service Team in Kerteminde in Denmark. Our Partners are the Sales teams in each of our Sales Companies in the different countries.

As a results oriented Manager, you are responsible with your team for the product management of our Parts and Service portfolio.

You are the driving force in recognizing and developing new markets, products and services and know how to translate this into program of requirements.

Driving the commercial success of the Group is your key objective, not just by upgrading and leveraging all the internal resources, but also developing the strategy together with our sales companies, dealer network and distributors.

Main responsibilities : Recognize and translate market demands in program requirements; Contribute to develop strategic distribution set-

  • up Pricing and profitability of all Parts in all markets Take the leading role in implementation and development of innovative projects, products and services in the agricultural market;
  • Organizing (International) marketing campaign strategies; As a member of the Management Team responsible for KPI's, Product quality, market share, revenue, margin;
  • With your management skills you will stimulate the Product Management and the Marketing team and build a close relationship to our Sales Companies and Distributors Candidate requirements : Bachelor’s degree or higher education (Agriculture, Marketing , Business or equivalent) with strong skills in marketing and communications At least 12 years of experience from which a minimum of 3 managing teams, and ideally with remote management experience as well Strong track record in the Agricultural Machinery industry and specifically in Parts and After Sales Service in the broader sense At least 5 years experience from a sales and marketing management position Experience from WEB based sales and marketing Creativity and innovation talent to stand out in the market Commercial and customer-

  • oriented thinking for the internal organization and external contacts; Excellent communication (English is mandatory, German and French is preferable);
