Informa Markets are looking for an Executive Assistant and Project Manager to support the EVP of Product Management. The successful candidate will act as their right-hand person, assisting with planning and organisation for the Product Management function, in addition to ownership of projects.
Product management is an organisational function that guides every step of a product’s lifecycle, focusing on the product and its customers first and foremost.
To build the best possible product, product managers advocate for customers within the organisation and make sure the voice of the market is heard and heeded.
A keen interest in Product Management methodology would be advantageous, as you will contribute to, and support, the Product Management team achieving its goals.
This is a hybrid role requiring experience as a Project Manager / Owner, in addition to EA experience.
The successful candidate will have great organisational skills, a strong bias for action and the ability to multitask effectively.
We are looking for a someone who possess the ability to complete tasks and projects, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and efficiently and proactively solve difficult or complex problems.
Job Summary / Responsibilities
Acting as an Assistant to the EVP, Product Management supporting them with diary management across multiple time zones, organising meetings and providing appropriate briefings and reminders
Arranging travel, transport, and accommodation for the team (flights, hotels, visas etc.), including collating and filing expenses when required
Liaising with Product Management team members and external partners as necessary
Organising team meetings, training sessions and other occasional events
Conducting desktop research for occasional projects
Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members

To be successful, you will be a proactive EA with proven experience effectively supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
You will have previous project management experience
You will have excellent communication skills and be adept at working in a fast-paced environment
You will have the ability to handle administrative details independently, while exercising good judgement in keeping team members adequately informed
You will have extensive experience of diary management and travel arrangements
Expert level skills using Microsoft Office 365 are important
A project management qualification would be advantageous
Experience using project management tools / platforms would be a plus
Experience working with agile methodology in a transformation environment would be advantageous
