About our Team

The Finance Planning Analysis & Reporting is responsible for the maintenance and development of our main reporting & planning financial systems.

We enable the visualization of sales and revenue data, financial information, budgeting & forecasting analysis, enable new efficiencies and automation in reporting processes.

We bring new insights to our internal customers to identify and analyse new, emerging trends.

About the Role

As a Senior BI Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data visualisation projects. You will work collaboratively utilising financial and reporting tools turning data into workable information.

You will use the information collected to make sound business decisions and determine business requirements, priorities and define KPI's.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing data visualisation projects using Tableau to create clear and engaging dashboards and reports
  • Developing business intelligence strategies using Snowflake and external table information to enrich sales data
  • Creating reporting efficiencies and automating manual reporting so quality goals and metrics are measured
  • Utilising information to determine business requirements, priorities and to define KPI's
  • Owning, developing and maintaining the Tableau Sales Data Source tool, to ensure we deliver accurate information to our business
  • Delivering user training on Tableau and answering any ad hoc questions to ensure consistency of information throughout our organisation
  • Working collaboratively to develop analytical insights, metrics and dashboard to inform business decision making and enable key business processes
  • Requirements

  • Demonstrate great experience with utilization of data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Have solid experience in configuring dashboards, data warehouses and reporting tools for large global organisations
  • Be able to demonstrate experience of interpreting financial data or reports to gain insights and knowledge
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal, communication and presentation skills including articulating information to a range of audiences
  • Have experience in delivering training materials and managing training platforms
  • Be able to partner and collaborate across teams to provide guidance and support for reporting requirements
