Let me paint you a picture. You have just started tinkering in the world of LEAN. You finished your Greenbelt with everything that comes with it from projects in warehouses to assignments of your own.

After that, you started working at one of the companies that helped you with finishing your Greenbelt course. Now you are ready to deploy your skills in the next growing company.

You love taking charge and showing others what they can do to better processes, optimize warehouse layouts and streamline the day-to-day operations.

You will :

Support the local roll-out of vidaXL's Continuous Improvement Program (vidaXLence) in the warehouse by :

Providing support in) Training Supervisors and Team Leaders in the 5S method, stand-up meetings, etc.;

Providing support in) Training employees in vidaXLence White Belt Basics;

Support local Supervisors and Team leaders with the implementation of the trained tools and methods by providing active coaching;

Maintaining and controlling the progress of the idea board as well as supporting Supervisors in the facilitation of their Kaizens;

Performing 5S audits and reporting to responsible Supervisors and Continuous Improvement Manager;

Controlling and ordering vidaXLence-related material for 5S, stand-up meetings, etc., and reporting all progress back to your manager.

Naturally, you will receive a salary that matches your work experience and knowledge;

We ask :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field combined with a LEAN Greenbelt;

Minimum of 2 years experience, preferably in a Continuous Improvement environment;

Strong English communication skills at all operational levels;

Experience with the application of Lean Techniques in a Logistics environment;

Allowed to work in the Netherlands and reside in the Venlo area.
