Responsibilities
oMaximising sales turnover and profitability
oIdentify and understand end user application needs
oMarket mapping and identifying (key) customers
oUtilize current Donaldson network to open new revenue streams with existing accounts
oPrepare (virtual) presentations and other educational documents
oEnsure that all commercial aspects of sales transactions are in the best interest of the company
oOrganize, plan and manage the sales of Compressed air & Process products within The South of The Netherlands
oVisit customers, potential customers and handle multiple projects
oOptimize sales and profit consistent with long term objectives & initiate activities to increase brand awareness of Donaldson
oProvide accurate and timely reporting on activities, issues and forecasts
Your Profile :
The successful Area Sales Engineer must be self-motivated and a target driven individual, with proven sales experience. A proven self-starter with the confidence and entrepreneurial flair to work in an autonomous role.
Your Qualification :
oExperience in a technical sales role or appreciation of technical products in a commercial environment selling into the process industries
oExperience of selling filtration medium or allied products into the Food & Beverage sector
oHave an understanding of the application of products and the feature / benefits of the service
oYou have a bachelor's or master's degree
oYou will work from your home-office
oYou live in the South of The Netherlands
oFluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
