What you will be doing
Driving incremental NORDICS & BENELUX revenue growth for NVIDIA’s smart spaces solutions, helping to craft and implement the industry-specific solutions and coverage model to support these growth strategies, and identifying achieving revenue targets and key objectives.
Build a robust pipeline and establish long-term business relationships and strategic relevance with selected high revenue / growth customers
Help develop and improve the industry sales process management, including opportunity management, qualification, and forecasting.
Help in developing a rich ecosystem of partners, influencers, system integrators, solution providers, ISV & start-ups and establish links with the industry-specific partner channel and relevant ecosystem.
Engage with various NVIDIA technology partners and identify areas of collaboration from technical to business needs. Identify complementary technologies needed to build complex solutions using our embedded computing platforms.
Collaborate and work in virtual teams including regional / country sales, account managers, partner business managers, data scientist’s solution architects, and application engineers.
What we need to see :
Field Sales Experience and consistent record of success.
Min BSc in Business or Engineering related fields. Master’s degree recommended.
Experience developing, growing and handling partners
15+ years of leadership and sales experience in technology systems and / or software products.
Experience in any of the areas of Safety, Security, Traffic management, and / or smart city solutions preferably with a focus on Computer vision, video analytics, and video management.
Track record of successfully growing revenue for new innovative technology-based solutions.
Knowledge of channel economics, and tactics
Experience with driving, negotiating, and closing deals
A strong understanding of the sales process and Channel Sales.
Experience with deep learning and / or other AI technologies is a strong plus.
High energy with the capability to multi-task in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.
A detailed understanding of go-to-market strategies including account segmentation, products, marketing strategies, etc.
Demonstrate knowledge in influencing business practices and products to better align with customer needs.
Can demonstrate a strong technical foundation to establish credibility with customers and / or partners.
English is required Other languages a plus
Ability to travel across NORDICS & BENELUX Region. And occasionally outside allocated region
