In this role, you have the opportunity to

Shape the Integrated Supply Chain Learning and Development curricula across the Philips Landscape in close connection with Philips University.

This will be a pivotal role which will support the transformation of our operations in making sure our workforce for the future has the right level competencies and can apply it.

To be successful in this position background in Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain is key with the intent of making sure all employees in operations have specific learning journeys and more importantly is fully endorsed and sponsored by all business leaders.

This position is accountable for partnering and consulting with a wide range of leaders and Subject Matter Experts to ensure that programs are defined via comprehensive needs analyses based on metrics and analytics, competency data, and input from the Supply Chain community.

This position is responsible for developing key performance indicators (KPIs) in partnership with the Operations leadership team, communicating those to demonstrate the value of the programs, and recommending on-

going improvements to achieve organizational goals.

You are responsible for

  • Create and deploy an assessment strategy and to also identify to the to be state
  • Define the capability roadmap for the Integrated Supply Chain and ensure we deliver in line with milestones
  • Create buy-in with all Operations leaders on the strategic intent of the Integrated Supply Chain learning offerings
  • Build a network of internal trainers
  • Lead training needs analysis, design, build and delivery activities which will be supported by Philips University
  • Work directly with Integrated Supply Chain leadership, SMEs, and key stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon requirements and business needs.
  • Identify and implement agile delivery methods that optimize the end user experience, facilitate positive performance outcomes, and drive efficiencies.
  • Act as an ambassador for end users and ensure VOC, feedback, and suggestions for improvement are incorporated
  • Accountable for project management and achieving project objectives, ensuring Philips University will provide effective integration of new systems and processes, meeting time and budget requirements, effectively managing project resources, and ensuring SC meets the desired business goals for the project(s)
  • With the support of Philips University, interact and interface with customers, vendors, service providers, and other third-parties as applicable
  • The Senior leader will be focused on supporting the innovation pillars within the integrated supply chain and is also responsible for ensuring that all Training Programs and Processes are in compliance with local, national and international regulations and standards as well as with all segment policies and processes
  • To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Relevant work experience (10 -15 years) across manufacturing, supply chain and operations, with a strong passion for employee development and business
  • Master’s degree or equivalent, ideally in Operations
