Whatt will your role be

Develop new and innovative business to increase footprint and reinforce our position as an innovative leader in industries and segments.

This includes developing, delivering, and monitoring the execution of integrated, multi-touch Go To Market plans to create new business.

Create programs complete with messaging and assets to drive customer and prospect engagement, supporting the awareness, pipeline generation, and business targets while supporting field engagement to scale the business.

Finally, the position also focuses on developing efforts to strengthen brand awareness and reputation with brand users through customer programs and communities.

Your Challenges ahead

  • Develop understanding and propose a sales approach to address new and innovative businesses with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Set up new business opportunities with innovative solutions for key targets or specific accounts
  • Identify targeted accounts, customer targets and develop sales strategies
  • Build and implement the Go To Market strategy (as part of the Marketing Plan) aligned with the What To Market strategy and, when relevant, on the What To Sell, to support the deployment and the adoption of solutions
  • Collaborate with Industry, Brand and Sales Management teams to define campaigns, content plans, and strategies focused on targeted audience, company and brand business drivers
  • Ensure the consistency of the content planning and delivery on marketing activities targeted for solutions and accounts to grow business
  • Ensure the transfer of knowledge of positioning, value proposition and content to account sales teams for sales execution
  • Develop subject matter expertise on various discipline or industry topics to be used to shape GTM and customer engagements
  • Collaborate, communicate and interlock with key stakeholders across regions, departments and sales channel to drive success
  • Develop targeted account and customer relationships with specific companies identified to align and promote solutions in an advisor capacity
  • Deliverables

  • Market scanning, targeting and messaging to establish new business for solution adoption
  • Growth plan on new markets and / or key accounts
  • Multi-Touch Marketing Programs
  • High quality, creative campaigns / content that drive customer and prospect engagement, ultimately resulting in a high volume of inquiries and leads
  • Content delivery plan aligned with the Go To Market plan
  • Digital content and offline content to establish thought leadership and positioning
  • Sales enablement plan and content for channels
  • Customer relationship development and sponsorship with specific accounts identified
  • Customers advisory across tactical sales and project activities to align long term vision with customer initiatives
  • Develop a customer guidance strategy with stakeholders based on customer interactions, solutions and industry
  • Accurate dashboards and business reviews
  • Your Key Success Factors

  • At least 7 to 10+ years’ experience in selling and marketing software solutions for large enterprise customers
  • Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing, and business (competitive) strategy
  • Experience in sales and marketing or business consulting management is an advantage
  • Experience in cloud, digital and marketplace businesses a plus
  • BS / BA required
  • Masters or MBA preferred
