Livewords is currently looking to expand its Service Desk team for Interpreting Services.
As part of the Service Desk team, you will be the central point of contact between our customers, interpreters and other departments.
You will be responsible for answering all of their questions and comments, responding to their feedback and dealing with complaints.
You will be part of a dynamic, service-oriented working environment, where the enthusiastic team collaborates closely to answer complex questions and solve problems.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that interpreting projects are processed and completed correctly, as well as performing various other administrative tasks.
