As our new Customer Service Operational Representative you take Intralox’s customer service to the next level and ensure customer satisfaction.

What will you be doing?

In this role you are part of a country team and performing a coordinating role. You prioritize customer requests based on importance for the team and make sure everything is covered and runs smoothly.

You are their strong backup and keep the overview. Furthermore you :

  • Align country teams on daily planning and manage team expectations on daily workload
