Your challenge :

Prioritize and drive the growth of Interoperability Solutions business category in Benelux markets by focusing on the sales strategy and new business opportunities.

Build relationships with new customers and the major partners within Philips and Team-up-to Win with passionate colleagues to enlarge the accessibility within the field of data and digital patient care for hospitals.

Philips Interoperability Solutions’ core business is to connect hospitals, thus enabling healthcare professionals to share complex clinical data so that they have the information they need to provide their patients with the best possible care.

We provide this as a solution to customers, as well as a platform for broader Philips solutions.

You are responsible for :

  • Backed up by a solid account plan creating new business opportunities within hospitals and turning them into long term relationships
  • Assessing and analyzing the markets to select new business opportunities and taking part in tender processes
  • Systematically analyzing and reporting sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement.
  • Participating in the organization of events together with Marketing and
  • Renegotiating contracts with existing customers
  • Coaching Account Managers within the team

You will be working from our Zeist office in the Netherlands and will focus on the Benelux market together with the supportive, creative and passionate team of New Business Managers, Account Managers & Solution Consultants.

    In 2017 Royal Philips, a global leader in health technology acquired Forcare, a leading innovator in open-standards-based interoperability software solutions for fast and flawless data flows between medical systems and information sources at the departmental and enterprise levels, as well as Health Information Exchanges (HIEs) across health systems.

    We are looking for

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • 8-10 years consultative selling experience at C-level
  • Network within healthcare is a big advantage
  • Software sales experience is a big advantage
