The Facilities Management Moleneind team is a centralized team that enables the production teams and COE’s to use the onsite facilities by running and maintaining all our-

buildings and their systems at the Moleneind site and provide a variety of soft services. The team consists of the Facility Lead, Senior Specialist Facilities, Facilities Management Project Coordinator, the Asset and Reliability Specialist, the Senior Engineer energy and a team of 4 Facilities Management -

engineers. To strengthen the Facilities Management team, we are recruiting a Senior Project Manager to manage a diverse project portfolio for our Facilities Management.

For our Oss location we are looking for a

Senior Project Manager

Reporting into the Associate Director Facilities Management as a Senior Project Manager you are responsible for the successful delivery of new capability of a diverse project portfolio for our Oss site.

It is an exciting and unique opportunity to have early involvement in creation of a site and setting up the business for successful delivery of products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing portions of an overall large capital investments to an aggressive timeline.

The role will also involve developing relationships and working very closely with the site team to understand and address business needs.

Provide input into project plans and successfully execute them according to established schedule, cost and performance standards.

Accountabilities include but are not limited to the following main tasks :

  • Manage the Long-Range Capital Plan (LRCP) based asset lifecycle and site master plan
  • Develop yearly budgets in line with the LRCP
  • Leads the preparation of Capital Management Process funding requests
  • Manage design, scope, schedule and cost in collaboration with FM team, other project team members, safety and quality representatives, outside contractors and suppliers for their scope element
  • Track and report progress as required against project deliverables, highlight risks and mitigation plans and provide regular updates to project sponsors
  • Provide input into project plans and successfully execute them according to established, scope, schedule, cost and performance standards
  • You act as Capital Project Team Leader (CPTL) leading the Capital Project Team (CPT). The CPTL ensures the project goals are met.
  • This include CPT formation, functional alignment, issue resolution and communications of issues to management Capital Review Committee (if required).

  • The CPTL is responsible for coordinating all project activities through process qualification.
  • Ensure there is a strong safety culture and performance in the execution of capital projects

    Your profile

  • Life science education Msc level or equivalent (Biotechnology / process technology, engineering or related);
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in biologics manufacturing and or biotechnological projects;
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading (complex) cross functional projects at a (biologics) pharmaceutical manufacturer;
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills within an empowered team setting;
  • Strong project management skills & proven ability to manage complex projects in an industrial environment;
  • Willingness to certify for or possessing Executive Belt degree / Design for six sigma (LSS);
  • Passion for Lean / Continuous Improvement and willing to make personal change and to develop LSS skills;
  • Customer focused, process oriented and data driven;
  • Supporting due diligence and / or transfer-out activities, based on business needs;
  • Demonstrated track-record on leading projects, leveraging both internal and / or external partners;
  • Demonstrated ability to leading a team;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
