ING Transaction Reporting is looking for an outstanding and hands-on Lead Functional Analyst .
ING Transaction Reporting is a data and analysis driven operations team working closely with various technology groups. In this function, you will regularly balance change and structural initiatives with run activities.

As the Lead Functional Analyst you understand transaction reporting regulations (EMIR, SFTR, MIFIR) business processes and data flow.
You translate business requirements to technology teams, and map requirements to the capabilities of the existing IT solutions.
You take ownership of functional analysts to meet our targets, providing leadership and direction. You will involve planning ahead analysis effort, determine resource allocations required, adjusts resource plans and assignments as needed.
You support the Product Owner and squad with your analysis power, and knowledge of processes and transaction reporting regulations, ensuring compliance by design.
You refine the roadmap and guarantees that the business requirements and non-functional requirements are translated to the IT solution requirements.
Responsibilities include :
Resource planning, monitoring of deliverables as per targets, and communication on the same
Oversight and remediation of reporting exceptions, and implementation of changes
Participation / taking the lead in all stages of remediation / implementation (i.e analysis, test scripts, testing, production release implementation, post production validation, operational and procedural embedding)
Working with technology teams and supporting their development process
Structure and analyse large data sets to define insightful and executable business actions
Process design, measurement and optimization
Track and communicate status assisting with quality assurance testing, audits, and regulatory exams

Furthermore you have :
Working level knowledge of the global transaction reporting regulations
Strong analytical and problem solving skills across large data sets combined with accuracy and attention to detail
Good knowledge and understanding of financial markets products, and trade life cycles
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to connect and develop partnerships, to build a high level of trust and confidence with stakeholders, and a collaborative approach to delivery
Strong verbal / written communication skills that are effective across all levels of the organization
Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a dynamic environment with the highest standards of integrity and ethics
Demonstrable experience of leading analysts both in terms of professional development and complex analysis
Working experience with agile methodologies and Lean methods and practices
Self-starter who takes responsibility, executes, and brings positive and structural change
Ability to simplify complex problems, and comprehend matters that stretch outside of your area of expertise
