Role and Responsibilities
Your responsibilities
The junior finance controller is responsible for a correct sales control administration according to the guidelines of the organization in order to achieve an optimal result for Samsung.
Besides that your responsibilities are the following :
Support for Yearly and Target planning.
Take care of all issues regarding planning and coordinate all processes or issues with all related divisions(departments).
Report and monitor all KPI and financial figure to management and (E)HQ.
Analyze the result and variance, investigate the result and advice issues to management.
Execute CO closing (Cost Allocation) in SAP.
After sales and expense closing, need to make product / customer / characteristic P&L.
Create and Maintain the subsidiary’s official financial data / report.
Make database for other internal customer and update regularly.
Maintain the CO master data such as PA cycle, CCA Cycle and cost centers on regular basis following the rules and regulations of the company.

The ideal junior finance controller recognize themselves in the following profile :
You have a Bachelor degree
You have minimum of 1 to 4 years’ experience.
You have a financial background
You need to speak fluently Korean and Englis
You are innovative (we move fast and take big risks).

Preferred qualifications
As a junior finance controller you have the following qualification(s) :
Good communication skills
Analytical
Experienced in excel
Common accounting principles (good knowledge)
Preferably experience from SAP (CO / FI / SD Module)
Team spirit and independent worker
Able to identify opportunities for improvement and suitable solutions
