We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team in Ultimaker. As our TA Manager, you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates.
You'll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company.
What will you be doing?
Create insights into the 3D print talent market
Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
Manage full cycle recruiting process for all / senior positions
Develop, implement and execute hiring strategy with stakeholders
Scaling up the organization
Collaboration with stakeholders on regular basis to understand needs and goals
Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors create referral programs
Use and improve TA system (greenhouse)
Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
Perform analysis on best hires and their source
Train the manager group to higher better talent
Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests, etc...)
Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops
Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
Attend specific 3D talent hang outs, career and college fairs, and similar events
Determine HR and recruiting KPIs, Create and present KPI reports
Since Ultimaker is in a scale-up phase, Recruitment is a very important HR pillar. It is, therefore, key that you have strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, together with employer branding knowledge.
What will your team look like?
You will be part of HR team working closely with the Chief People Officer, HR Business Partner’s, Compensation & Benefits Lead and HR Ops.
Beyond this, you will have close contact with all departments within the company.
You will be working from our HQ office in Utrecht and / or our Geldermalsen facility (R&D).

Do you fit this profile?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources / Organization Psychology / Marketing & Communication, or any other relevant field
Over 10 years’ experience acting as a Recruitment Consultant / Manager Talent Acquisition, ideally in the commercial organization of a high growth, engineering, manufacturing, or technological environment
Experience with building an Employer Brand
Driven to go from good to great
Proactive and passionate about recruitment and HR
Great people and project management skills
You are service-oriented and have good decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate in an international / multidisciplinary team and with people from different backgrounds
Judgment skills to act as a trustworthy advisor for the organization
You have a flexible attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
You are independent & solution minded
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
