The FrieslandCampina B2B business units, Ingredients (FCI) and Dairy Essentials (DE), have started to accelerate their transformation into the digital world.

DTA and Business departments are working more closely together than ever before, and DTA is transitioning from a traditional IT cost-

center into a strategic partner. The common goal : to meet our customers’ needs and expectations. So, how does a massive corporation change internally to delight its customers and perform externally?

The Learning and Digital Transformation Intern will be supporting FCI’s internal transition to a Digital leader, including updating capabilities, mindset and culture.

Secondly, you will drive the adoption of a Digital mindset and culture by building an ecosystem of Tech Meet-Ups. Transformation always means change.

And change has to be communicated, so your third area of responsibility will be to communicate various efforts across the company.

Job description

Digital Capability Building Project : Operational Support (50%)

  • Operational support, i.e. organizing relevant workshops, reviewing digital learning resources, connecting with Learning and Development and HR to update job descriptions, recruitment and available trainings.
  • Communicate workshops and trainings to relevant audience
  • Work with high-level sponsors to role model dedication to new trainings, way of working, etc.
  • Building a Digital Ecosystem : Tech Meet-Ups (25%)

  • Develop new programming focused on bringing either an outside-in perspective or across silos / business group perspective to relevant technological trends for FCI, i.
  • e. Value Selling, Programmatic buying, Analytics etc.

  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to develop content for FCI
  • Communicate programs broadly to ensure engaged audience and clear follow-up actions from meet-ups
  • Commercially Obsessed DTA Communications Plan : Content Creation (25%)

  • Develop and execute activities to increase awareness of DTA initiatives across the company i.e. Tech Meet-Ups, The Heartbeat program, CoE, Digital Essentials
  • Create content and deliver on existing channels : Newsletters, Yammer, Narrowcasting
  • Get creative where are we missing opportunities to tell stories & delight our internal & external customers?
  • Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Learning and Development
  • General interest & awareness of trends in Digital technology & how they are affecting FMCGs
  • Excellent Communications skills : written and verbal
  • Preferred : Experience in video editing, logo design
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Proactive
