The Learning and Digital Transformation Intern will be supporting FCI’s internal transition to a Digital leader, including updating capabilities, mindset and culture.
Secondly, you will drive the adoption of a Digital mindset and culture by building an ecosystem of Tech Meet-Ups. Transformation always means change.
And change has to be communicated, so your third area of responsibility will be to communicate various efforts across the company.
