To improve your product you need to beable to predict how performance changes in response to multiple parametricdesign changes.
Specifically, SimcenterTMhas a leading set of multi-physics solutions based on computational fluiddynamics (CFD) allowing simulation of flow and thermal behaviour of productsand designs that operate in real-
world conditions.These tools include STAR-CCM+, FloTHERM andFloEFD which helps companies to innovate by driving automation, designexploration and optimization allowing exploration of the entire design spaceinstead of focusing on single point design scenarios.
Asa Portfolio Development Executive you would be expected to have a commercialbackground and experience of working in engineering software simulation, with astrong CFD knowledge.
You would lead theEMEA go-to-market strategy with a goal to maximise revenues from this Siemens Portfolio,working closely with country organisations on developing regional plans anddriving sales pursuits.
Responsibilities include :
Advocateand drive the development of the portfolio through the identification of aclear target market and go to market strategy, and the execution of campaignand initiative centered strategies to leverage and maximise softwareopportunities.
Identifyand track relevant industry trends and produce growth forecasts
Analysecompetitor portfolio to establish differentiation for portfolio across markets.
Identifykey opportunities for the Zone, defining the industry, geography and targetaccounts
Work with sales orchestrators to build strategic plans foridentified customers and opportunities in the target market to deliver thego-to-market strategy
Act astrusted advisor to Sales, Business Development, and PreSales teams by providing direct engagement with customer, as part of thesales pursuit team, for key must win accounts
Establishclear market positions for the portfolio, understanding what problems we aresolving and the business value delivered to customers in order to build acompelling sales message
Work with Global L&D to design & deliver targeted enablementactivities to direct / indirect team
Ensurethat the Global roadmap of campaigns / initiatives / services are widely understoodand supported as they relate to this portfolio domain.
Help Channel Management to target and enable partners to supportincremental portfolio growth opportunities as appropriate
Mentor the direct / indirect field sales and presales teams ondemand generation and pursuits.
Establishand track measurable goals for monitoring portfolio growth
Providefeedback to campaign owners as appropriate on content / lessons learnt.
SupportCustomer and Analyst marketing events across the Zone
Your Profile :
Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Science or Engineeringor similar
Engineering software experience preferred
Experience in a sales-quota carrying, customer-facing sales, or businessdevelopment function related to CFD.
Proven track record to deliver on revenue targets
Able to understand, articulate, position and present the value of EngineeringSoftware solutions in the context of an Industry, and client business
Experience with CXO level discussions, and specifically with the CFOand / or CPO
Knowledgeable of the competitive landscape
A good communicator with sales knowledge,business development experience and excellentpresentation skills
Proactive and energetic with a high degree of self-motivation to developand grow this Portfolio
Able to travel to EMEA countries and communicate effectively withmultiple nationalities and cultures
Able to work in a EMEA role in collaboration with country teams, in aconsultative and directive mode of working
