DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Employer Branding specialist to join our European People Team and play a key role in driving EPAM’s continued growth through innovative and effective employer branding activities, covering internal and external communication and organising events.

We are searching for a competent, confident, and hard-working professional who has already proved themselves in a role that involved operational responsibility for various aspects of marketing.

The ideal candidate is expected to be true team player who understands EPAM’s aspirations, priorities, plans, and can monitor progress.

To succeed in the role, you will need to possess a marketing mindset, positive attitude, be confident and comfortable taking the initiative and collaborating with a diverse, multicultural group of professionals.

You will be an energetic person who can work closely with People and Marketing Teams to help attract, engage, and retain talent in a competitive market in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

  • Grow EPAM’s employer brand awareness through engaging and credible communication, aligned with the corporate brand values as well as taking local characteristics into account
  • Develop clear, consistent, and inspiring internal and external narratives that help boost confidence and employee engagement.
  • Copywriting, editorial, design and production support for publications.)

  • Create, build, and maintain online / social media presence
  • Enhance employee engagement by organizing internal company events
  • Research, write, and edit a wide range of content for building employee advocacy program
  • Manage / support local CSR activities such as EPAM’s eKids programs, environmental programs etc
  • Track, measure, and report on local employer branding activities
  • Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant professional experience (in digital marketing / communication / PR / event organizing)
  • True passion and outstanding skills for communication
  • Creativity and good sense of style, outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Hands-on experience with creation of digital-oriented and content management
  • Outstanding linguistic skills both in Dutch and English
  • Strong organisational skills and experience in effectively managing projects and multiple tasks
  • The role is based in the Netherlands. It is expected to work flexibly and, on some occasions, outside of normal office hours by prior arrangement and agreement and / or during peak periods.
  • As a member of a the broader EPAM team, People team members are expected to be open and willing to contribute to the broader business agenda and assist with additional tasks when required, if time allows
