In this role, you will be reporting directly into the Sales Manager in the Netherlands. The Implantology Team consists of 3 other Account Managers and your main customers are dental surgeons and specialized dentists.
Your product portfolio will include cutting-edge and market leading dental implants and you will be responsible for 2 different brands.
In this position; you will be expected to both work with existing clients but also create new accounts and perform end-to-
end account management, including lead generation and contract negotiations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Sets up a business and account plan that implies both strategy and execution for the region
Maintains a professional and commercial relation with our customers and attracts potential customers to join us
Collaborates with the Sales Manager but also with her or his peers and various internal departments such as Marketing and Customer Service
Participates in projects and represents the company at fairs and exhibitions.
Negotiates on contract T&Cs with new and existing clients

You are the right candidate when you convince us of your commercial capabilities, your negotiation skills and ability to network;
You have the hunter-attitude to meet deadlines and targets but you also balance this attitude with our long-term interests;
You have minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
Ideally you have a background in dental / medical devices industry;
Fluency in Dutch and English is necessary.
