A Service Designer naturally understand the bigger picture of a solution and how different touchpoints and people interact through the whole service flow.
To extend our team we are looking for a service designer with experience in a true service environment like banking, insurance or airlines.
As service designer you are a strong advocate for the user and his experience and understand how service propositions translate into meaningful experiences and viable business models.
Preferably you have experience with solutions that encompass data, and how you build meaningful services with data.
